Job Description
Job Duties:
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
- Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring
- Maintain a library of associated materials for all equipment, processes and procedures supported by the company.
- Conduct ticketing system and remote support.
- Manage security devices, Endpoints(antivirus), Cameras, AD and Exchange
- Handle Computers, Printers, CCTV Cameras and hardware maintenance
Job Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of Experience
Knowledge Requirements:
- Good background in windows server and Windows 10
- Good background on 0365 (Optional)
- Good background on cloud solutions (Optional).
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
