Objective:

The position of Translation Project Manager is a key position at Future Group. You will execute all translation projects from the start to the finish, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations. Due to expansion, Future Group is looking for an outstanding Translation Project Manager to join our professional Project Management team.

Responsibility

  • Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project.
  • Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all parties.
  • Monitor and control projects status.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Comply with relevant and applicable procedures.
  • Respond and solve any linguistic queries with customers in timely manners.
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye, spot check…).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Translation or Language studies.
  • Working hours follows US time zone 3 PM to 11 PM with ability to work from home.
  • Previous experience in project management in localization industry is necessary
  • Excellent/Fluent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
  • Excellent business writing & communication skills.
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
