Job Description
Tasks And Duties
- Assists in the recruitment and interview process.
- Filtering and searching applications/CVs.
- Call Shortlisted candidate for an interview
- Responsible for gathering CVs from different sources and channels to be saved in the database.
- Follow up with newly hired staff on the required hiring papers
- Data entry for the phone call tracker and interviews tracker
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Schedule meetings, interviews and any other HR activities etc.
- Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
- Responsible for preparing job offer and hiring documents
- Insure all new hires had submitted the required hiring documents
- Administrative support to HR department in all areas.
- Participates in HR reports preparation.
- Assist in any other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experiences
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience from 0-2 years.
- HR Certificate or HR background is Required
Languages:
- Arabic: Native.
- Very Good command of English (Spoken- written)
Computer Skills:
- Very Good command of MS office
Key Skills:
- Team Player
- Ability to work under stress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
