Job Description

  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
  • Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
  • Responding to all staff and management inquiries
  • Responsible for CV-Bank establishment and updating
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant

  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Administer personnel activities.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Human Resources Management diploma or study is preferred.
  • Very good command of English both writing and speaking.

  • Payroll and Labor law background is a must BACKGROUND IS A MUST
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Age max. 29 years old.
  • Heliopolis resident or nearby areas.
