Job Description

Job Summery:

  • Leading manufacturing Company Established 1972 located in Badr City
  • Producing continuous polyurethane foam, in different sizes, shapes, rolls, forms, quilted, laminated mattresses, cushions, furniture
  • Staff About 140 of colleagues

Job Description :

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact between departments
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 3 Years experience in the same position,
  • Excellent knowledge of office ( Specially in Excel tools )
  • Very good command of both written & spoken English,
  • Able to work independently and Under pressure
  • Presentable
