Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and make travel arrangements
  • Take notes and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, set appointments and provide reminders
  • Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Prepare presentations
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Develop an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Prepare and edit documents

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder that should have from 1 to 3 years’ experience
  • Gender: Female, Maximum 3 years, Alexandria resident
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in English languages is a must
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
