Job Description
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and make travel arrangements
- Take notes and minutes and accurately enter data
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, set appointments and provide reminders
- Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Prepare presentations
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Develop an efficient documentation and filing system
- Prepare and edit documents
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder that should have from 1 to 3 years’ experience
- Gender: Female, Maximum 3 years, Alexandria resident
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in English languages is a must
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
