Job Description
- Provide full support to the Oracle applications’ users.
- Timely and accurately respond to the assigned Service Desk tickets and resolve problems raised by users.
- Implement new required Oracle application configuration.
- Implement and test assigned reports.
- Maintain integration between Oracle Applications.
- Maintain application documentation.
- Coordinate work efforts with DBA for application changes and system performance issues.
- Pro-actively work through Oracle SR (service requests) with oracle support as needed.
- Test solutions on a test instant before implementing it in the production environment.
Job Requirements
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Oracle Apps (preferred)
- Java Developer certificate (Preferred)
- Knowledge of database concepts.
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports and BI publisher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving Skill.
- Communication (Written and verbal) Skill.
- Excellent business/technical documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact successfully with a diverse community.
- Ability to learn.
- Ability to set and manage priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
