Job Description

  • Manage and supervise daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Organize and prepare management and board meetings (agenda, minutes, and follow-up).
  • Communicate board decisions to relevant departments and track implementation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures
  • Support management with reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Identify administrative gaps and suggest process improvements.
  • Coordinate internal training sessions related to governance and compliance.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management or executive administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving ability
