Job Description
- Studying the legal problems referred to him in accordance with the legal rules and regulations.
- Review the legal aspects of the contracts and agreements concluded by the company, and make sure that it maintains its rights in the other contracting parties.
- Following the legal proceedings filed by the company or against it and make sure to take appropriate legal procedures to preserve the rights of the company and achieve its objectives.
- Review the drafting of contracts and agreements concluded between the company and others to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and decisions in force to ensure the rights of the company before signing from the departments concerned.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of Faculty of Law, English Section
- Member of Lawyers Syndicate
- Not over 30 years old
- Cairo resident
- الحصول على ليسانس الحقوق - قسم اللغة الانجليزية من أحدى الجامعات المصرية
- بتقدير جيد على الأقل ويفضل الحاصل على دراسات عليا
- أن تثبت لياقته صحيا
- أن يكون مقيدا بنقابه المحامين بجدول المحامين المقبولين للمرافعه أمام المحاكم الابتدائية
- اجتياز اﻻختبار التحريري والشفهي الذي تعقده الشركة لهذا الغرض
- السن لا يزيد عن 30 سنه
- أن يكون المتقدم من القاهرة الكبرى أو المقيمين بها إقامة دائمه على أن يكون العنوان مدون ببطاقة تحقيق الشخصية قبل تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان
- ﻻنتهاء من تأدية الخدمة العسكرية و الوطنية بدرجه أخلاق ﻻ تقل عن جيد جدا أو الإعفاء منها أو لم يصبه الدور أو تحت الطلب لمده ثلاث سنوات أو الخدمة العامه بالنسبة للإناث أو الإعفاء منها عند التعاقد لمن يلزم بذلك
