Job Description
As an HR Manager at Vigor , your mission will be to supervise Employee Strength of approx 40 employees. You will closely work with the top management, including Finance, Accounts & Admin at Head Office to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the standard of Vigor.
Responsibilities:
- Developing an effective HR-M strategic plan in line with the Organization’s strategic plan, and implementing the related tools
- Leading and managing the Human Resources collaborators at Head Office, Branches.
- Monitor and implement all aspects related to Employee Management, from manpower planning, recruitment and selection processes to performance review and employee development.
- Designing and implementing an effective and systematic recruitment process, using standardized evaluation procedures, from identification of needs until successful integration of new employees in the Company.
- Designing policies and standards for HR-related matters, and controlling their compliance with regulatory concerns & as per law
- Designing and implementing an effective training policy: identification, channels, and budget.
- Analyses and advises to Management on wage and salary plans, as well as compensation and benefits.
- Providing coaching and counseling to employees and supervisors (line-management) on HR related issues.
- Ensuring the dispatch of timely and accurate HR-Reporting.
- Developing and organizing employee activities, and create regular company internal communication.
- Ensure that HR practices and procedures are in line with Vigor Enterprise Group standards and personnel policy and the Egyptian and Kuwaiti Labor Law
- Asses training needs , implement training programs, Environment Health & Safety Process and Procedure, in compliance with the factory rules & Safety laws.
- Take a leading role in proposing and organizing Company events and Employee activities
- Improve internal communication channels between management and employees across each department.
Job Requirements
- Education: BS/BA degree required.
- 5 Years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing full scope of HR process , employee relations and recruitment
- Strong communications skills.
- Must have proven professional working experience in HR Management.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and tasks.
