Job Description
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with project manager and project team.
- Perform inspection requests on architectural and finishing work.
- Follow-up on quality of work in site.
- Perform MIR
- Coordinates all the site work with the project manager and the DC.
- Prepare internal snag list and perform a PDI
- Prepare the project for final handover,
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Ensure all materials meet the contract and consultant specifications.
- Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties.
- Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
- The daily Report for site work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies job requirements
- Extremely detail oriented
- Must have sound experience in architectural field
- Excellent communication skills
