Job Description:

  • Receiving calls from customers
  • Handling their problems, technical or bill issues
  • Following up cases with customers
  • Provide information about products and services of the company

Work Conditions:

  • Part time 3 days ( 12 hours each )
  • Part time morning ( 10 am to 3 pm ) 5 days a week

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Good communications and negotiation skills
  • Graduates and Undergraduates in public universities can apply
  • Undergraduates in private universities but have a gap year or credit hours system ( Able to commit to a full time job )
