Job Description
- To manage the plant operations efficiently ensuring the employees total compliance to the set policies and procedures.
- Increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Functions through the constructive coordination and communication between them and core functions to ensure achieving the set objectives/targets for each department.
- Resolves any issues would affect the Plant performance.
- Ensures the compliance of all the Plant representatives to the group policies and procedures and communicates any violation to the concerned party to take corrective action.
- Ensures the implementation of all SHEQ improvement programs and corrective actions plans related to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality practices and standards while ensuring their efficient execution.
- Provides recommendations for continuous improvement/upgrade opportunities for his plant facility, follows-up on the approved initiatives implementation plan.
Job Requirements
- B.sc Engineering (Mechanical, Power and Electronic)
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Manufacturing company, minimum 3 years of which in a similar position.
