Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the IT
- Assist with installation of new hardware & software and train employees on its use
- Coordinates the needs of in-house & remote employees in different working places
- Visit all sites and branches outside
- Secure data storage and other necessary means - taking regular backup
- Provide direct technical support to computer users, operating systems, internet,email and office applications including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes according to company needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity.
