Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and continually review a comprehensive corporate performance management framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose
- Be responsible for the accurate collection, analysis and reporting of performance data and work in conjunction with senior managers and team leaders.
- Ensure that the capture and the analysis of data from IT systems is complete and comprehensive in formats accessible to staff and service users.
- Present service performance information (monitoring and identifying trends) against key indicators through a variety of means e.g. monthly performance management reports, ensuring that managers and team leaders are fully appraised of key performance trends and issues and that areas of under-performance can be effectively challenged.
- Lead on the annual review and target setting of performance indicators and methods to capture key business activity
- Lead on the continual development and embedding of a performance culture throughout the organization
- Take a lead in the development and co-ordination of bench marking activities and Value for money activities; including the provision of accurate and relevant bench marking data, to enable the service to assess its performance and costs across a range of peer companies and implement change, as a result.
- Share in Mivors strategic projects objectives and projects execution.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in corporate planning/development or business analytics.
- Bachelor degree in management, technology or Engineering from reputable university.
- Relevant experience in project management including plan development, team management, delivery and deployment is a plus.
- English: Fluent.
