Corporate Performance Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain and continually review a comprehensive corporate performance management framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose
• Be responsible for the accurate collection, analysis and reporting of performance data and work in conjunction with senior managers and team leaders.
• Ensure that the capture and the analysis of data from IT systems is complete and comprehensive in formats accessible to staff and service users.
• Present service performance information (monitoring and identifying trends) against key indicators through a variety of means e.g. monthly performance management reports, ensuring that managers and team leaders are fully appraised of key performance trends and issues and that areas of under-performance can be effectively challenged.
• Lead on the annual review and target setting of performance indicators and methods to capture key business activity
• Lead on the continual development and embedding of a performance culture throughout the organization
• Take a lead in the development and co-ordination of bench marking activities and Value for money activities; including the provision of accurate and relevant bench marking data, to enable the service to assess its performance and costs across a range of peer companies and implement change, as a result.
• Share in Mivors strategic projects objectives and projects execution.
