Job Description
- Lead the team of UX designers and UI and fully support their career and personal development
- Apply your deep experience in design strategy to create and improve UX/UI design processes
- Work with cross functional teams to spearhead the incorporation of sound UX principles into the user interfaces of our diverse set of security products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years as user experience manager.
- Expertise in user-centered design methods
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design mockups
- Strong working knowledge of prototype/design tools
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work with local and remote stakeholders in a collaborative and open environment
- Understanding of common software project management practices
