Job Description
- Create Ads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Etc.)
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- You will engage personally via company platforms to enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers
- Write catchy captions on our posts on all platforms to increase engagement and reach
- Assist with planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns, including content development, Community Management, and Moderation of Comments & Inquiries
- Serve in the day-to-day engagement and conversation with customers through all our social media including Facebook, and Instagram
- Communicate with customers and Establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally answering customer inquiries and settling disputes through various channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Outstanding experience in administrating prominent social media accounts
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good at written Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in all social media channels.
