Job Description
- Format manuscripts’ text, tables, and references while adding the figures received from the graphics team to ensure maintaining Hindawi’s in-house style and quality standards
- Convert the manuscript format from MS Word to PDF format to ensure they are in the competent publication format
- Review the converted manuscript and compare it with the original one in the word format to guarantee the consistency and ensure that the converted file is formatted according to Hindawi's in-house style
- Send the manuscript to the Proofreading and Copyediting teams to add their corrections on the manuscript
- Upload the finalized manuscript on the Content Production System to be sent to the author after being approved by the team leader
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 0-1 year of experience
- Intermediate English level
- Upper Intermediate level of Computer knowledge
