Job Description

  • Ensures that the technical support KPI’s are meeting or exceeding the SLA required
  • Executes the desktop preventive and maintenance plans
  • Installs and configures computer operating systems
  • monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Provides support, including procedural, documentation
  • Supports business needed applications
  • Responds within agreed time limits to support requests
  • Prioritizes and managing several open cases at one time
  • Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment
  • Performs other related duties
