Job Description
- Design and maintain cohesive visual design across multiple platforms.
- Translate concepts into visual design with high attention to detail that demonstrates functionality
- Take visual design from concept to execution and preparing engineer ready assets
- Review engineering builds and provide feedback on pixel perfect implementation
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitively and experience
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Conduct an ongoing user research
- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in creating and implementing UX design with an in-house creative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients.
- Proficient in design principles and techniques for at following platforms: web, Android, iPhone.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Experience with consumer-facing design solutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience with at least one published app in a leading mobile app store.
- Expert-level familiarity of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Zepline and other tools
- Interest in joining a UX-focused creative process
- Portfolio of work across various platforms
- Experience collaborating successfully with others as part of a team
- Experience using and contributing to UI kits and design style guides
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with different priorities
- Proficient with visual prototyping tools such as Axure.
- Experience creating wireframes and website mapping.
