Job Description
- Arrange external tours and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients
- Handle day to day tour operation.
- Responsible for negotiation & comparison of rates from hotels & transporters at various destinations worldwide.
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
- Managing hotel reservations and hotel contracting.
- Follow up payments to vendors and accounting.
- Creating tailor packages as per client request.
- Creating holiday packages by combining various services and resources across carriers such as accommodation and sightseeing tours.
- Making arrangements for transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2 years in similar position
- Good ( English – Spanish )
- Experience on Tour Operator
- Good in Microsoft office including
- Geographical Knowledge is preferred
- Have experience in Contract Managing and Reservation issue.
