Job Description
- Communicate with departments control the implementation of technical changes on assembly shop production lines.
- Control the update of documentation on production lines.
- Provide production lines with clear work instructions, visual aids & process sheets.
- Train the technicians on new technical change modifications.
- Ensure proper supply of material to the line stations.
- Solve any accidental problem on the production line related to process problem (such as shortage of parts, wrong material delivery, unclear assembly sequence or instructions, etc.)
- Take responsibility of all technical details during new product launches & preparations.
- Fully control the supply & allocation of tools & equipment on production lines.
- Assist in preparing manpower and time study calculations.
- Assist in line setup and balancing.
- Follow-up, investigate and assist in solving quality problems to maintain the required level of quality.
- Cooperate with Industrial Engineering section to improve processes, assembly operations & overall shop performance.
- Participate in the teams of QMS and the international standards related to Integrated Management System (ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO14001:2004, ISO 18001:1999, and BAMC procedures and regulations).
Job Requirements
- BSc. Engineering (preferably mechanical )
- Industrial experience of 2 years is preferred
- Very good user of MS Office (MS Access is a plus)
- Previous experience in automotive industry and/or process engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
- Excellent computer skills
- Accurate and organized.
- Energetic, hard worker with high initiative.
