Customer Feedback Surveys
- Lead new customer feedback survey through a team of call center executives
- Analyze findings from customer feedback survey and share with stakeholders
Price Control Audit
- Manage and own price control audits for complaints raised from various touch points
- Coordinate with sales team to manage the field audit process through the help of Mystery Shoppers
- Ensuring training of Mystery Shoppers through DOM’s on a regular basis
- Ensuring Penalty enforcement by sales team on audit defaults
- Timely release of dashboards to update all stakeholders on status of complaints
