Job Description:

Customer Feedback Surveys

• Lead new customer feedback survey through a team of call center executives
• Analyze findings from customer feedback survey and share with stakeholders

Price Control Audit

• Manage and own price control audits for complaints raised from various touch points
• Coordinate with sales team to manage the field audit process through the help of Mystery Shoppers
• Ensuring training of Mystery Shoppers through DOM’s on a regular basis
• Ensuring Penalty enforcement by sales team on audit defaults
• Timely release of dashboards to update all stakeholders on status of complaints
