Job Description
Booktips is looking for a junior HR generalist with 1-3 years experience.
We are very enthusiastic to have our new team member.
- Salary: 5,000 to 7,000 L.E according to fulfilling the mentioned technicalities and knowledge.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Good experience in applying complex excel functions and using excel in general.
- Good research skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
Having knowledge and experience in the following aspects will be a good plus:
- Performance management techniques.
- Writing employees’ contracts.
- Training and development.
- The chosen candidate will be like a coach and should be a source of trust for our small team 6-8 persons.
- No office hours as we are remotely working company except for a weekly meeting and the one to one meetings needed at our office in Nasr-city.
