Job Description

Booktips is looking for a junior HR generalist with 1-3 years experience.

We are very enthusiastic to have our new team member.

  • Salary: 5,000 to 7,000 L.E according to fulfilling the mentioned technicalities and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good experience in applying complex excel functions and using excel in general.
  • Good research skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Having knowledge and experience in the following aspects will be a good plus:

  • Performance management techniques.
  • Writing employees’ contracts.
  • Training and development.
  • The chosen candidate will be like a coach and should be a source of trust for our small team 6-8 persons.
  • No office hours as we are remotely working company except for a weekly meeting and the one to one meetings needed at our office in Nasr-city.
