Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.
Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP).
Build custom demonstrations , Deliver Proof Of Concepts(POC).
Ability to develop solution architecture designs.
Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization and backup solutions o Tackle both architectural and operational problems within the delivered infrastructure and deliver / implement outstanding solutions that build customer confidence and solve real-world client business problems.
Generate bill of materials , solution diagram ,solution description Support sales in tendering and bidding process.
Provide custom integration implementation support on EMC products or Dell or Microsoft at the customer site, including pre-site inspection, initial installation, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the customer.
Successfully manage relations with Customers utilizing negotiation and influencing skills to acquire the internal and external resources necessary for optimal results.
Apply technical knowledge to analyze and use highly technical troubleshooting tools, content and analytical practices; uses operational and diagnostic procedures to resolve issues in unique and sometimes complex customer environments.

B.Sc. of computer engineering from a reputable university.
preferred experiences in sales army and government.
3 to 4 years’ experience in Presales position in a reputable IT or Systems integration company.
Excellent command of English language.
Presentable, committed self-motivated and punctual.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to discuss highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive level technical decision-makers.
Solid storage infrastructure skills and experience with EMC or other vendor products/solution line.
Experienced solving problems with solutions that can address on-premise, Hybrid, to off premise strategies.
