Job Description

Job Brief:

  • We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator and HR who will undertake administrative and HR tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Work Location 5th Settlement.

Job Description:

Administration:

  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Attends workshops and conferences when requested
  • Photocopies, scanning, and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Handling and overseeing all travel arrangements (airline tickets, accommodation, etc.) and operations
  • Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
  • Handle credit card programs and charges
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
  • Supervising office boys
  • Assist other departments in administrative and secretarial tasks

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years or more related experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • V.Good command of English language
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete tasks and requests with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Candidates to live in New Cairo or nearby is preferred
