Job Description
- Assist the planning & inspection manager in budgeting the project’s activities.
- Prepare cash flow analysis charts for the project phases.
- Prepare weekly cost reports for the construction manager.
- Monitor, inspect, and record the construction process & site cash out flow.
- Reviewing site reports and ensure its implementation progress within budget.
- Participate in various project meetings and maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.
- Prepare price list for the tender documents.
- Material and billing management.
- Communicate with the planning & inspection manager regarding concerns about the construction progress.
- Any other tasks assigned by the construction manager related to the project.
