Job Description
- Manage & Motivate the sales Executives to achieve Sales Targets efficiently.
- Develop effective Training programs that teach the Sales Representatives how to acquire Customers.
- Assisting the Sales Representatives in maintaining Relationships with Customers and Negotiating & Closing Deals.
- Direct Sales Forecasting activities and set Performance goals according to the Market analysis Review ( ideas and plans for how to beat the competitors plans).
- Responsible for ensuring that Sales Targets are achieved.
- Assist in developing and implementing of Advertising and Promotional Campaigns designed to generate Sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree at least , post studies is a plus
- Very Good Command of English Language.
- Very Good Computer skills
