Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification,
- Responsible for managing Social Media channels,
- Create and manage promotions and Facebook ad campaigns ideas,
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns,
- Participate in marketing strategy creation process and engage in generating its creative ideas,
- Work effectively with Marketing Manager to execute the social media marketing strategy,
- Identify key target audience and segmentation for campaigns,
- Ensure that all information broadcast on social media channels, across all brand pages, complies with brand image requirements and is safe for public disclosure,
- Monitor trends in social media tools, technologies, platforms and strategies to determine approaches that best support our customer segments,
- Monitor social channels outside normal business hours for crisis management, customer care and potential escalations,
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels,
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content,
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community,
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information,
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social media presence,
- Promote content through social advertising, Google ad words, and SEO,
- Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data,
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate,
- Developing, coordinating and managing photo sessions to meet different requirements.
- Maintain databases of photos, designs and sources of all brands’ materials.
- Manage & continuously update of websites and social media presence in coordination with respective agencies.
- Following up the designing and production of marketing and advertising materials.
- Participate in preparing and executing marketing fairs, exhibitions and events.
- Maintain and update the database of advertising agencies and designers and conducting with them to follow up the execution of planned designs and campaigns.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
- Reporting on engagement, growth, sentiment, and ranking; building a targeted distribution of brand to create social community, including maintaining a social following (number of likes) and growing (increasing the number of followers) the social community.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in Internet / Digital Marketing,
- Competent in Search Engine Optimization (SEO),
- Good knowledge of online marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads,
- Proficient in managing Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.).
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with one or more years of experience focused in social media.
- Innovative and ability to take initiative
- Personable and ability to build strong rapport with client
- Strong knowledge of computer, word processing and Video/Image editing applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Assertive with a "can do" attitude and able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Practices superior time management.
- Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
- Live in Cairo.
- Multiple working locations.
- BSC Degree in Marketing or Related Discipline.
- Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills.
- Background in furniture or interior design is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
