Job Description
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.
- Answer customers' inquires with the right information and avoid any conflict that might happen while arranging schedules.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Register the customers' complaints and assign it to the direct manager.
- Handle angry customers politely and with good manners.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
