Job Description

  • An executive administrative and personal assistant to the company CEO
  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the office
  • Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings
  • Direct preparation of records such as agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 10 years of sound experience.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Multi tasked person with very good interpersonal and communication skills
