Bosta is a high-growth technology company on a mission to improve logistics in emerging markets. We are hiring Customer Support Representative who will be able to cope with the fast-moving environment of a startup.
Throughout your career in Customer Support, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Advise on company information
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
Job Requirements
- We are currently seeking to recruit graduates (with 0-2 years’ work experience) to join our Operations Support team
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- A natural communicator
- English language fluency is a benefit
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Skills with use of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word and Excel
- Exhibits the ability to multi-task, a strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers and effective organizational skills
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Professional, but fun. Willing to learn and take feedback
- Responds well to coaching in a cross-functional team environment.
- Must have flexibility in work hours during peak times
