Main Duties:
- Responsible for Blue Collars/white collars recruitment
- Post vacancies & screen cvs
- Conduct HR interview & arrange for the technical interview
- Negotiate offers with candidates
- Responsible for creating & implementing training plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- HR diploma is a plus
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in recruiting blue collars is a must
- Experience with engineering firms is a plus
