Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for document controlling and archiving operations.
- Send, receive and distribute technical and admin, mails and documents.
- Maintain filing system and projects documents.
- Provide verbal and written translation.
- Answer and handle incoming telephone calls.
- Welcome external visitors and assist in events coordination.
- Formulate official letters and documents.
- Other administrative tasks may assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- College: Bachelor degree (French Department is a MUST)
- School: French School is a MUST
Experience: 1-4 years (Secretarial experience is a MUST)
Languages: Excellent in Both: English & French languages
Software: Professional use of ALL MS Office applications
