Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for document controlling and archiving operations.
  • Send, receive and distribute technical and admin, mails and documents.
  • Maintain filing system and projects documents.
  • Provide verbal and written translation.
  • Answer and handle incoming telephone calls.
  • Welcome external visitors and assist in events coordination.
  • Formulate official letters and documents.
  • Other administrative tasks may assigned.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • College: Bachelor degree (French Department is a MUST)
  • School: French School is a MUST

Experience: 1-4 years (Secretarial experience is a MUST)

Languages: Excellent in Both: English & French languages

Software: Professional use of ALL MS Office applications
