Study our company's products and understand them inside out.
You are responsible for the respective growth and marketing related projects
You identify applicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset
You own the customer growth numbers for your projects and work closely with different team members to execute and achieve growth goals.
Manage other marketing team related to your managed projects
Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns via different channels
Manage, and analyze the visitor, user growth, and conversion figures in digital channels and products.
Competitive analysis, Customer survey
Product Launch campaigns
You write and review content for marketing campaigns, public relations campaigns (media, etc.), branding, and overall web design.
Handling your marketing team activities and performance review.
Responsible for defining hiring needs with skills and doing interviews for them.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or equivalent.
At least 3+ years of professional experience as a digital marketeer/growth hacker in a high growth environment.
Business fluency in English
