Job Description

  •   Respond to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+ and engage with the social media users.
  • Assist with the general day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
  • Regular monitoring the competitor's social media sites and creating analysis reports.
  • Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
  • Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data.
    Creating high-quality original written and visual content for a social media campaign.
  • Build a social media presence.
  • Running many accounts of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Monitoring the company brand and building brand awareness on social media.
  • Engaging audience and influencers.
  • Community management, and responsive communication.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy.
  • Assist all company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms).
  • Execute Ads and measure the success of every social media campaign.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience.
  • FMCG Background is preferable.
  • Content creating experience.
  • Facebook ads experience.
  • Good English level is a must.
  • Have past proven results-driven track record with Facebook - Instagram ads specifically for e-commerce companies.
  • Copywriting / always looking to innovate / reliable with excellent written skills.
  • know how to deal with Google Ads.
  • Provide help with the strategic direction of content
  • Constantly keeps themselves on top of the latest changes and updates with Facebook and all platforms.
