Job Description
- Carrying out administrative work from the management.
- Preparing and delivering reports to CEO and Handling incoming, outgoing phone calls and arranging callbacks.
- Maintain the CEO`s calendar, meetings, events and Provide backup data as needed.
- Prepare complete expenses reports after events.
- Typing letters, memos, filling, and data entry.
- Receiving & sending faxes, e-mails, following up daily work, daily duties and follow-ups, provide assistance to other staff.
- Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, CEO office stationary and expenditures.
- Keep mail/phone directories updated.
- Take part in any administrative meetings to assure secretarial follow-through and take meeting minutes.
- Handle board of directors meetings and all kind of reservations.
- Handling the company official website and the standard cover letters.
- Maintaining the condition of the HQ and arranging for necessary repairs.
- Manage the HQ Janitors / office boys and taking care of the HK/Buffet budget.
- Prepare the necessary documents for the new tenders.
- Assist PMs in the acceptance and invoicing process.
- Assure the compliance with all company QMS & HSE MS.
- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential, responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
- Ensure proper care is taken when using company machinery and assets to prevent injury or damage
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 1 year at administration work
- Fluent English
- Very good communication and computer skills
- Nasr city resident will be preferred
