Job Description
- Personnel - Keep Updated Database for all staff working in SYE whether full or part timer
- Follow up with newly hired staff on the required hiring papers
- Payroll - make attendance sheet for full and part timer and deliver it to the company accountant with deduction according to labor law
- Responsible for filling recruitment needs in SYE
- Make recruitment report every 2 weeks
- Responsible for assigning teachers on schedule
- Responsible for filling the employment application
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in hiring english instructors in preferable
- Experience more than 2 years in the HR Field
- Well Organized
- Excellent a time management - Communication skills
- Full awareness of labor law
