Job Description
- Responsible of supporting company to achieve its sales / marketing objectives in the field of industrial instrumentation.
- Sets goals and objectives, develops sales/business plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences such as distributors and end users.
- Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
- Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of the utility market and competitive products with their strengths, weaknesses and applications. Applies knowledge of channel products to customer's needs.
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with new customers
- Develop and execute a new customer acquisition sales strategy in the new construction marketplace.
- Prioritize sales opportunities to determine in what order sales opportunities need to be addressed.
- Perform take-off and estimate costs of prospective sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and develop maintenance plan options for proposal to customer
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
- Support Payment Follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales with a commercial background
- Experience offering technical solutions to clients
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to work as part of a team and cooperate with fellow team-members to reach common sales target, and customer satisfaction.
