Job Description

Reports to: MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

Job Objectives:

  • Our growing business is an Outside Sales Representative to increase sales.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.
  • The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
  • If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting daily activity reports to the Head of Department.
  • Visiting Clients continuously for promoting new items or offers.
  • Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target.
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence.
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
  • Update client information in the company contact database.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
  • Follow up client's orders and account payments after sale.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Office environment and traveling to and from factories.
  • Prolonged sitting in car or office.

Job Requirements

The Main Qualifications.

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 2 – 4 Years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Active and energetic.
  • Resident of Mansoura.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Time management.
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.

Computer Skills:

  • Professional user of MS Office.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of Arabic Language, writing and speaking.
  • Average command of English Language, writing and speaking.
