Job Description
- Assists with recruitment and interview process.
- Filtering and searching applications.
- Call Shortlisted candidate & carry out workshops arrangements of recruitment activities
- Process incoming and outgoing calls of HR department in a professional way.
- Responsible for gathering CVs from different sources and channels to be saved in the database.
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations.
- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees
- Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers and keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Draft vacancies and publish through all sources, internal and external as required.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Data entry for Factory missions, Vacations & Permissions.
- Review monthly vacations.
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Assist CEO
- Assist in any other tasks as required
