Job Description

  • Assists with recruitment and interview process.
  • Filtering and searching applications.
  • Call Shortlisted candidate & carry out workshops arrangements of recruitment activities
  • Process incoming and outgoing calls of HR department in a professional way.
  • Responsible for gathering CVs from different sources and channels to be saved in the database.
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations.
  • Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees
  • Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers and keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Draft vacancies and publish through all sources, internal and external as required.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Data entry for Factory missions, Vacations & Permissions.
  • Review monthly vacations.
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Assist CEO
  • Assist in any other tasks as required

Job Requirements
