Job Description
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Enhances information architecture team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions
- Answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
- Studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme
- Organizes information by translating user behavior into media structure and elements
- Coordinating with business, technology, visual, structural, editorial, cognitive, and brand strategists.
- Coordinating with Web Producer and Production Developer to integrate site concept, visual design, writing, interface, and navigational structure; documenting structure and processes.
- Validates information delivery by developing and completing usability test plans; studying user feedback; coordinating with Usability Specialists.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking research regarding web design and usability
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Supervising the preparation of As-built drawings.
- Preparing project close out documents.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise… through Reviewing the tender DWGs & coordinate with all departments & Consultant.
- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...)
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…)
- Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
- Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the Consultant.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 Years of experience.
- Construction background.
- Good command of English.
- Candidate must also have knowledge of methods and techniques of CAD drawings.
