Job Description:
- Create unique conceptual design interior / exterior ideas.
- Create and develop high-end 3D presentations.
- Leads and monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction, ensuring the design ideas is consistent and properly executed.
- Produces and supervise technical drawings, details and specifications with other architects/ engineers.
- Lead and mange design team ( Architects/ Engineers)
- Follow up municipal approvals and required permits for projects.
Job Requirements
- Highly creative, excellent free hand sketch
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Hands on experience with high-end residential projects with min 10 year.
- Able to work independently & self-motivated.
- Professional user of AutoCAD / Office /Revit /3D Max
- Very well acquainted with AutoCAD layers and Xref.
- Knowledgeable with local codes & practices
- Bachelor Degree of Architectural or fine Arts
