Job Description
- Receive all incoming mail/faxes, record them in a log book, keep a copy in a chronological file and distribute originals to relevant departments or may scanned it and send to responsible person and save originals.
- Answer phone calls and forward them to the called party , Welcome company visitors, inform concerned staff and have them wait until escorted by staff.
- Dispatch outgoing office mail through courier and/or project messengers.
- Check the monthly courier’s invoices to validate it against actual shipments.
- Maintain the main stationary store and make sure to re-stock when needed , Upon request, he/she will disburse stationary to office members
- Regularly update employees’ contact information and telephone extension list
- Follow-up and monitor of kitchen needs, electricity receipt and office rent
- Responsible for office helpers, messengers, security and cleaners
