Job Description
- Answers & directs the phone calls & log phone massages
- Manage, organize and maintain time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments.
- Make travel arrangements
- Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, e-mail or in person.
- Maintain office supplies and order supplies needed
- Take notes in meetings, and day to day activities of the OM
- Update the consultants, instructors, clients data and contact numbers
- Help in organizing the regular events of the company
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in administration or IT
- 2+ Years of related experience
Skills:
- Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance
- Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and familiarity with social media and web trends
- Fluent in English
