Job Description

  • Answers & directs the phone calls & log phone massages
  • Manage, organize and maintain time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, e-mail or in person.
  • Maintain office supplies and order supplies needed
  • Take notes in meetings, and day to day activities of the OM
  • Update the consultants, instructors, clients data and contact numbers
  • Help in organizing the regular events of the company

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree in administration or IT
  • 2+ Years of related experience

Skills:

  • Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills.
  • Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance
  • Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and familiarity with social media and web trends
  • Fluent in English
