Job Description
- Leading the development of standardized content management processes, procedures, strategies, and workflows while making sure they align with the vision and strategy of Nagwa
- Leading projects through the design lifecycle in terms of scoping, research, analysis, design, development, and their launch
- Providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with different stakeholders, and selecting the appropriate metric for successful implementation
- Ensuring that the student’s needs and skills are considered in the content development process and helping the content development unit generate Nagwa’s content accordingly
- Serving multiple stakeholders at all levels, prioritizing requests, and negotiating deadlines
- Formally presenting ideas and deliverables, addressing appropriate concerns, prioritizing issues, and subsequently resolving them
- Demonstrating leadership in all aspects of content development and thoroughly monitoring the performances of the staff as well as evaluating their work
- Ensuring learning content is delivered on time within budget
- Coordinating with internal teams on integrating new products and updated standards into existing workflows
- Adapting quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs as Nagwa evolves
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, E-Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in instructional design, content creation, or e-learning technology
- Experience in online and digital learning is a must
- Fluency in the English language is a must
- Background in programming languages is preferable
- Background in LaTeX is a plus
- Background in XML, HTML, & CSS is a plus
