Job Description

  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee change status.
  • Responding to all staff inquiries.
  • Administrative support to HR department in all areas.
  • Participates in HR reports preparation.
  • Monitor the leave balance & employee attendance system.
  • Assist in coordinating all social Activities for the employees.
  • Responsible for employees files as well as all hiring documents.
  • Insure all new hires had submitted the required hiring documents
  • Assist in welcoming new hires.

Job Requirements

  • BA Holder. - (0-3) years of experience.
  • Very good English. - Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizer and time management skills.
