Job Description
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee change status.
- Responding to all staff inquiries.
- Administrative support to HR department in all areas.
- Participates in HR reports preparation.
- Monitor the leave balance & employee attendance system.
- Assist in coordinating all social Activities for the employees.
- Responsible for employees files as well as all hiring documents.
- Insure all new hires had submitted the required hiring documents
- Assist in welcoming new hires.
Job Requirements
- BA Holder. - (0-3) years of experience.
- Very good English. - Excellent computer skills.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizer and time management skills.
