Administer, troubleshoot, maintain, support, and perform all tasks related to Information Systems in Egypt BUs
Develop reports and database queries/alerts based on ISBI standards in order to fulfill information system reporting module
Administer and support standalone software packages like ArtiosCad, OMP, etc. along with the relative upgrades
Assess client needs and develop and implement system reports on standards of reporting querying to ensure that customers are satisfied and that reports are well formed and conforming to the norms.
Follow up on open issues and provide customers with instructional documentation, training and other resources to address customer questions and concerns and report them to Indevco – IS team.
Fulfill day to day operations needs and requests with respect to report making, data querying, trouble shooting, problem solving, coaching, assistance, support.

Candidate should have a bachelor degree in Computer science or Computer engineering
Candidate must have 2 to 3 years experience in the IS field.
English is a must: Spoken and written.
Candidate should be willing to work overtime (when needed).
